See allOverall, users find that they clean effectively and are more durable than some other brands. They also say the wire stays intact and the brushes last a good while, especially for the front teeth. However, several feel they wear out or bend easily, while others say they’re too large to fit between their teeth.
Buy the 0.4mm.
These are disposable brushes despite the fact that they claim to be reusable. The box contains only one plastic cover so don't make the mistake of throwing it away with the first brush. It bends easily and in no case does it last for more than 2 uses, unless you keep straightening it by hand every now and then. If the wire was stiffer it would make your gums bleed, but this one is so flexible that it becomes useless after more than one use. The tip is extremely sharp so be careful how you insert it between your teeth. It does clean, but... but...

They shed from the first use, resulting in you consuming microplastics! Plus, the wire is excessively flexible, making them difficult to use
Very good packaging for a very bad product.. The brushes wear out very quickly in use and only the metal part that holds them remains.
I am very satisfied with the product! At first, I was using the Tepe ones that bent immediately. These are more durable, only the bristles wear out. I keep buying them!
I left the green Tepe which you now need one every day since the wire has become so thin that it breaks almost immediately and I decided to try these. They do their job just fine and the sure thing is that you will throw them away not because of the wire which doesn’t break at all but from the wear of the bristles.
