I went out for 2-3 days with freezing cold weather wearing a beanie, gloves, face mask, and the cold gear. Anything that didn't have the CG fabric got cold!
I wear size Large, 190cm, 90-95kg, but it is compression, so be careful. It doesn't just touch the body.
*I only wore them so that I wouldn't run with just leggings. I never wore sweatpants + hoodie.
