The Cafetto EC2 1100Kg is a premium cleaner for professional coffee machines. It effectively removes coffee residues and oils. Cafetto EC2 has been tested by NSF and certified according to the P152 protocol, proving it leaves no stains and causes no corrosion.

The recommended dosage is 2.5 – 3 grams of powder per cleaning, with the package sufficient for approximately 440 cleanings.

Instructions for use:

• Remove the coffee filter from the portafilter and replace it with the "blind" one.
• For daily use, place a dose of EC2 3g in the portafilter, lock the portafilter as you would to prepare a shot of espresso.
• Start the infusion cycle and let it run for 10 seconds until the solution is dissolved.
• Stop the infusion cycle and let it sit for 10 seconds.
• Start and stop the same 10-second process 4 more times.
• Remove the portafilter and rinse well under the hot water supply machine.
• Reattach the portafilter with the "blind" filter to the machine, start and stop the infusion cycle 10 times, let the water run for 5 seconds, stop for 2 seconds to ensure proper rinsing.
• Remove the "blind" filter and place the regular one.
• Prime your portafilter with a shot of espresso. It is now ready for the next use.
