It is one of the best probiotic supplements and at a relatively good price for the amount of bacteria each capsule contains. The bloating and discomfort have decreased, and normal bowel function has returned. I would take it again without looking for something else, but unfortunately, it is quite expensive for my budget as ideally, I would like to take one capsule per day, meaning 3 packages for each month.
