No matter how long you leave the bottle warmer on, it never heats up. If you leave formula (powdered) milk to heat with the timer it has and it's automatic, the milk gets burnt. You have to keep checking it and taking it out every now and then to see if it's okay. This is not a warmer, it's money wasted unfortunately for companies with so many years in the business. I also sent a message to the company which does not acknowledge anything, just so you know, because they say the model has been discontinued and there are no spare parts. Meanwhile, no other model has come out after this one and it is still being sold normally online. Unreliable company.

I had the previous model and now this one!! I am satisfied with it!! Very easy to use and it heats up the milk relatively quickly!! The amount of water someone will put in the warmer to heat up the milk will be seen through use!! I didn't have any difficulties at all!! You can also call the company for guidance!! It also has a program for breast milk (the truth is that this program is very slow, so as not to lose the nutrients).

Don't waste time, look for something else. The only product I bought and regret not researching better.

If you are looking for a heater, look a little further and avoid this specific product.. it was recommended to us by a family member and it is the only product out of all the ones we got for our little one that we did not research..
A) Initially, the manual provided by the company does not give sufficient information either on how to use the heater or on the water ratios you should use depending on the material of the bottle and the liquid inside it.
B) There are 3 heating options:
i) Powdered milk. According to the manual, for 60ml of water in a plastic bottle, you fill 60ml of water in the device. From the start, in 4 minutes it notifies you with a sound that it is ready. However, it is not ready and needs more time. After 4 minutes, the device shuts off and according to the manufacturer it maintains a steady temperature.. this is also not true.. the temperature rises the longer you leave it inside. The problem becomes more intense as the water quantities in the bottle increase, as from a certain point onwards you need to check the temperature inside the bottle to achieve the desired result.
ii) Breast milk. We only used this specific option twice because due to the sensitivity of breast milk, the device heats it minimally and even though we left the bottle in use for 10 minutes, the milk came out frozen as if we had taken it out of the fridge 2 minutes ago. So, we are forced to use the first option of the device.
iii) Food option. We have not tried it yet since the child has not started solid foods.
Overall conclusions. A device that indeed heats the water but does not function as it should, or at least the company does not provide enough information for the user to learn how to use it.
P.S. Not to mention the fact that in the year 2024 the company does not provide a proper review on YouTube!

I do not understand why most people say that the milk is destroyed! It has 3 simple functions!
1) The star function is for preparing formula milk. The water reaches boiling temperature, so it takes a while to cool down. If the baby takes a break and we want to warm it up again, we put it in the second function.
2) The heart function is for warming breast milk. It reaches a safe temperature for the milk without burning it!
3) Function for warming baby food, the water reaches a high temperature again, we put it in a jar resistant to practical Ben Mari practices.
CAUTION, we always test the milk regardless of the function before giving it!!!

Unfortunately, it burns the milk.. They sold it to me and told me that it keeps it at the right temperature, which is wrong. It only heats it correctly in the indication for breast milk.
