I bought this mobile phone for my elderly parents. Compared to a previous Samsung phone they had, they have been disappointed. The charging port is not active, meaning it does not automatically respond when you open it. The number 5 button has a camera shortcut and they accidentally keep turning it on. The top button has a profile shortcut and they accidentally put it on silent. The volume buttons are located in an inconvenient place on the side and get pressed unintentionally, resulting in the voice getting lowered. Unfortunately, Samsung has discontinued them and now I am looking for another similar phone that is worthy.

The mobile phone is very good for calls and messages, for taking photos and other obvious things and obviously you go to another category. The battery is fine, easily lasting 3 days, the speaker is very good and the best part is that it doesn't have an SOS button (it was very annoying on a previous mobile phone). If anything strange happens along the way, I will inform you.

P.S. No, it doesn't have a small font size but a small screen...

I bought it for an elderly person who uses it exclusively for calls. I read the reviews here, and they are not very good, but I bought it because the person who wanted it insisted on it. A week later, I have to say that the reviews are right, I paid for it unjustly, every day it is without battery and every day we charge it (without having spoken in the meantime). And even if we charge it, within ten minutes it is without battery. Don't buy it, it's not worth it. Spend more money and get something better. I am already looking to find a replacement for it.

I bought it for my dad.. on the side it has the volume button which, if pressed by mistake, goes into vibration mode. Other than that, it's an okay phone.

I bought it for my parents. First of all, the letters are small, the menu is difficult for the elderly, and most importantly, when it received one or two calls, it would lock and could not receive any more calls. I had to go every day and delete the messages for the unanswered calls in order for it to work again.

If you want to waste your money, buy the Alcatel 2053D. It broke in less than 2 weeks: dark blue screen with black lines. When we called and told them about our problem, they told us to return it with a courier, at our own expense, and they will send it to the company to examine it and tell us what's wrong... So we have to pay 15€ for the courier (which is about half the cost of the phone itself) and be without a phone for at least a month. We should have read the reviews of this mobile and not bought it. After this, we started asking around and found out about 2 more cases of people who bought the same phone and it broke, and they simply threw it away because it wasn't worth the trouble to return it, and they never wrote a review. Most likely, there are many others who have been fooled. It's a waste of money. Beware!

The worst mobile phone I have ever bought, I got it for my mother, very small font, difficult to use, the battery drains relatively quickly, it would shut off on its own while talking and you had to open the battery to turn it back on, and the worst part is that the screen broke while talking and the warranty didn't cover it. In the best case scenario, it is a tragic phone. An elderly person has it and after a week of use, it is ready to be thrown away. Very small font, it freezes incredibly, turns off by itself, hangs up during a call, and the battery drains surprisingly quickly with minimal use.

It often gets stuck, it only unlocks by removing the battery, which is difficult for the elderly. Maybe it's this specific one.

The lens is practically useless as it does not have a direct function button and you have to locate it through the cumbersome menu.
Its memory is insufficient to minimal.
There is also a missing SOS call button, which is essential for the elderly.
It is not available with headphones and without them, the radio does not work.
There are better options in the same price range.

In the name registration on the sim, while it accepts 17 letters, only 10 are displayed on the phone. The phone only accepts 10. In other words, the names "Papadopoulos Vas" and "Papadopoulos Kostas" that you had on the sim from the old phone appear simply as "Papadopoul" and it's hard to figure out! If you take the sim and put it in another basic phone, you can see the 17 letters!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay for its price. Relatively good call quality and "pleasant" menu. Don't expect a good camera obviously. It is a basic mobile phone. It also has a very strong alarm clock, for example, I set it at 1/5 of the volume. (Negative) impression I had is that although the packaging states that it includes headphones, it is not true. Otherwise, it is a relatively good value for money choice.
