    It is not 8 bar as they claim, their excuse is that the iron does not steam at 8 bar in the boiler but in the iron itself, which is why it takes a long time to produce steam. They did not replace it for me because I used it (how else would I have seen that it does not actually produce 8 bar?). Their response from the store where I bought it was that I should have checked the reviews before purchasing it. So, here is my review to advise you not to make the same mistake and buy it yourself

I did not try a third replacement and preferred to purchase a different device. Stay away from buying it. It is a matter of luck to find a device that works. The purchase was made from a large chain store, luckily, because they had a replacement policy. Otherwise, we would have had to deal with the service. It is unacceptable for a new model that has reports of faulty parts for the company itself not to withdraw them. Supposedly, it is one of Singer's top models!
