The perspective of wide-angle lenses makes things appear farther apart than they actually are.

The maximum aperture of f/5.6 offers a wide range of depth of field, with a smooth blur effect and excellent circular bokeh, with limited vignetting for a vintage look. The focus is manually adjusted, providing a close focusing distance of 11.8".

The compact, pancake design allows the camera body and lens to fit into a large pocket or shoulder bag, while the built-in lens hood protects the front element from dirt and damage.
