Unfortunately, in our case, it did not have any substantial effect on the pigeons. We placed it at a spot where they systematically land, but they continued to come as usual after a while. The sound is quite annoying for people, especially on a balcony or in a space where you move around often, to the point that it drives us away more than the birds.
