I bought the Logitech MX Keys S, a product considered premium and costing around €130, with the expectation of high quality and reliability.

Unfortunately, within just 2 months and with minimal use, the “S” key became sticky and essentially non-functional. This is clearly a problem that appeared during normal use of the product.

In my attempt to clean the key and restore its function, the key became completely useless. Nevertheless, Logitech refused warranty coverage, considering the result as “physical damage,” completely ignoring the fact that the initial fault occurred without any misuse.

Instead of replacement or meaningful support, I was simply offered a discount for a new purchase, which I find unacceptable for a product in this price category and with such a short lifespan.

My experience with this particular product and with customer service was disappointing.

Although I have only been using it for 1 month, I am impressed by its build quality, battery life, the backlighting of the keys at night, and its small size. It is not suitable for office use, but only for a living room or lounge in connection with a theater PC or a Tablet. Its (via Bluetooth) easy connectivity with PC, iPad, and mobile is excellent.

I use it every day for work and personal use for less than a year. It is not justified for the letters to have already started to wear off, nor for the keys to get scratched so easily (to preempt you - no, I don't have long nails), nor of course for the need to reset it every few months because the Unifying doesn't work properly. I expected better with the Logitech signature

Small, convenient, and with great battery life, as long as the backlight is not activated. Very fast connection with the Mac as soon as you turn it on. Convenient design and keys, especially for those who work remotely and travel frequently - it is also incredibly lightweight

I got the Grey to replace a working Apple Magic Keyboard, so I will compare it to that.

I was clearly disappointed. It is a definite downgrade.

1st and biggest disappointment mainly about the materials. Although I had researched it quite a bit, I assumed it was aluminum like the Apple ones. Unfortunately, it is plastic. Good quality, yes, but plastic.

2nd disappointment is the lighting. If you have it a bit in front of you and not right under your eyes, with low lighting, you can't see which key is which.

3rd disappointment, on an older computer with Bluetooth where the Apple Keyboard worked just fine, the Logitech cannot connect. I looked it up and many people have similar issues. The only solution is to pay 12€+ to get a Logi Bolt USB-C receiver.

The only fortunate thing is that I got it for about 80€ on a company offer.

I'm blown away by this keyboard! Its size is just right, the build quality and the texture of the keys are incredible (Logitech). Almost silent and the backlighting (you can adjust its intensity as you like) makes it super user-friendly! Combined with the Vertical Mouse, they make THE combo package!

Excellent in all aspects, ergonomics, battery, feel, features, aesthetics. If you want a low profile membrane, it is an excellent choice as long as you find it at a good price.

One of the best keyboards I have used coming from long-term laptop use, I chose to build a desktop PC and was looking for a keyboard. I made the best choice I could; the keyboard is silent, it has smart backlighting, meaning you wave your hand over it and it lights up, and I have set the backlight to stay on for 20 seconds for additional battery saving. I have connected it via both Bluetooth and Logic Bolt, and it works flawlessly. It also has three profiles and a separate key for emoticons

Quality, adjustable lighting for keys, ability to connect to three computers, appearance of symbols for both Mac and Windows.

Excellent keyboard from all aspects. And I am a very heavy user, with 8+ hours a day of work involving intense typing. The only negative I have found so far is that you cannot set how long after inactivity the backlight turns off (it often turns off by the time I drink some water and return my hands to typing position).

MX Keys. What's not to like? Amazing keyboard, before I had the large one with the numerical pad, but I bought this one to have the mouse closer, and it makes the whole system more ergonomic. Everything works nicely (large battery, nice keys, ability to set your own shortcuts on some of the keys, works perfectly with mac and windows), except that on mac (Sequoia) sometimes the smart actions don't work and I have to set them up again from scratch. This is annoying, but it doesn't happen often, and I still haven't figured out why it happens (the app always runs in the background). However, I returned the white one and got a black one because on the white one, the letters on the keys weren't clear when the backlight wasn't on, or when that light wasn't at maximum brightness. Small letters, but for me it was so important that I returned it. Because, small letters okay, but I want them to be visible. With the black one, they look perfect.

Very good keyboard, with relatively quiet keys. The only downside to my purchase is that while in the store's photo (on the site) it showed that it was the keyboard with the large SHIFT key on the right, when I received it, it had the small key and the ENTER was square. This layout doesn't work for me, but it's my fault. I should have clarified it when I placed the order over the phone. Of course, when I spoke with them again and told them the issue, they asked if I wanted to return it and get my money back. They didn't have another one with the layout I wanted, so I told them I would keep it, it's okay.

I use it for my laptop when I am further away, etc. Very nice feeling when typing for a long time like I do, which is my job.

I bought it hesitantly without knowing if it would suit me. The reason for choosing it was its size as well as the reliability of Logitech. Initially, I should note that I work on a laptop and not a desktop. The laptop keyboard started to have some glitches on some keys, so the choice of an external keyboard seemed to be the only solution. I can say that I got used to it on the very first day. Wonderful feeling on the keys, tireless and fast typing. Expected slight strain on the wrists after many hours, which is corrected with a wrist rest (note here that I also have tendonitis in my hands, so my pains may not be from there). The battery... WOW. From the day I got it and charged it, I think it's been 2-3 weeks and it's still at 60%. I would buy it again.

Sometimes it disconnects from the laptop.
One month of 8 hours usage per day dropped the battery to 75%. In general, vfm product.

Excellent device, it accompanies the master 3 very well.
For me, the biggest plus is how easy it is to switch devices, as I have one profile for my personal laptop, one for work, and one for my iPad.
Seamless, a bit pricey, I would say it is a luxury device.
If cost is not an issue for you, it will not disappoint you.

If you are looking for a wireless keyboard that offers you a comfortable and ergonomic user experience, then the Logitech MX Keys Mini Wireless Bluetooth is an excellent choice. Its battery lasts literally endless hours and you can connect it wirelessly to your computer or tablet via Bluetooth (very easily). It is also very sleek and stylish, giving your workspace a professional feel. Overall, I would highly recommend it!

Very nice compact keyboard. High-quality construction with an aluminum chassis. If you have worked with a 60% keyboard before, it will take you no more than 10 minutes to get used to it.

Excellent mini keyboard with the only observation that it requires a little practice to learn the positions of the keys precisely since they are spread out quite closely. It's not something tragic but definitely at the beginning, when typing, some letters may slip. However, I am more than satisfied with the choice as it has exactly what I was looking for:

Compact.
Elegant.
Excellent construction.
Easy device switching with a button.
Indented keys and particularly easy to read (bright) at night.
Comparable noise levels if not slightly less than a laptop keyboard (Dell XPS 13).
Wireless connection via Bluetooth or the dongle that I already had from another device.

For the money I paid, below 100, I think it's one of the best purchases you can make if you are a professional working remotely or with multiple devices simultaneously. Not so much for gaming due to the issue I mentioned above.

As the owner of this specific keyboard, I can say that it is very good and durable in its construction, as well as very quiet in typing.
However, since we are talking about a keyboard that costs 120 euros, and since Logitech decides to change the protocol and not be "Backwards Compatible" with the Unifying USB Receivers, I consider it unacceptable that it does not provide the corresponding USB Bolt Receiver together with the keyboard and that you have to pay an additional 15 euros for a Receiver.

Perfect keyboard, I use it with bluetooth on Mac air... It works flawlessly! Incredible aesthetics, incredible quality construction! It doesn't work properly on an old laptop with Windows, I don't know if it's the laptop or Windows 10's fault!

I got it for the small system in the bedroom (NUC 11) and again due to my stubbornness (I really wanted backlit keys) like its big brother (MX Keys) which I have had for a while. Same impressions as the big MX Keys (I have written a detailed review) with one big difference:

But it doesn't come with the USB dongle (receiver) in the package, and it DOESN'T work (and they clearly state it on their website, so don't bother) with the old classic Unify receivers (of which I have half a dozen). As if it's a cheap keyboard and their ships would sink if they included a Bolt receiver (precisely because it's NOT backwards compatible with the old Unify receivers) or if there was any serious reason to switch to a new protocol (I have worked with 500 mice and keyboards and continue to work with their old USB dongles, I have never had a complaint).

Two stars off because it becomes a mockery.

Quite a good keyboard but it doesn't have a receiver if you don't want Bluetooth. I also don't understand why they don't provide the option to connect it with a cable to a PC and not deal with charging and discharging. If it lasts for years, the battery life will definitely decrease and it will need servicing. Nevertheless, I am satisfied with the purchase.

Nice key feel, very good lighting which, however, cannot be adjusted to stay on continuously.
Unacceptable that it requires a bolt receiver if you don't want to use Bluetooth

The keyboard is excellent. Very high-quality construction, nice lighting, convenient functions with some programmable keys. The keys are quieter than the "quiet" mechanical switches. If you get used to the TKL layout, you won't change afterwards. The low profile of the keyboard makes using a wrist rest unnecessary or even useless.

I am the owner of the silver edition, UK layout. It is a very good keyboard, beautiful, with a nice design and good construction. The keys are slightly larger for my fingers. It has very good lighting with adjustable levels that turn off when not necessary. The battery is currently good.

The only negative is that I have an issue with the left shift key. Once pressed, it stays stuck in the push-in position for 1 second and then returns to normal.

Excellent build quality.

Instant switching and connection to macbook, windows pc and ubuntu simultaneously, with very good responsiveness, something I was afraid of because it's only Bluetooth but it covered me 100%.

Very nice feeling when typing, even though I was used to having a different type of feedback with a mechanical keyboard.

You learn the keys quite quickly.
Battery so far is excellent (tested with the backlight off of course).
