I was looking for 4XL due to my body type
former athlete with a major hip problem
the belt is perfect, it supports as much as it should and even when sitting it makes the pain bearable and works just fine
I personally use a thermal layer underneath and Voltaren Forte, which I cover with plastic wrap and then put the belt on top.
It doesn't "cut" in the front, it DOES NOT fold, the fabric is as soft as it should be and breathable. If you are looking for something of quality that allows you to move and work, this is it.

δεν "κόβει" μπροστά ΔΕΝ διπλώνει, το ύφασμα ειναι οσο πρεπει μαλακο και αναπνέει, εαν ψάχνετε κατι ποιοτικο και να μπορειτε να κινείστε και να δουλευετε, εδώ ειστε.
