The anatomical, removable insole and flexible, soft BIOGATEO sole support first steps, while the sole provides thermal comfort, breathability and two-way flexibility. The design supports the ankle and heel and protects the toes.

The “elephant-foot” sole helps provide stability, while the U-shaped fork allows ankle movement and prevents pressure on the Achilles tendon. A lateral stabilizer controls sideways foot movement. The ankle boot is approved by the Spanish Paediatric Association.
