Herbstore organic lemon essential oil is obtained by cold-pressing the raw peel and has a freshly cut lemon aroma with a citrus character. It is used in aromatherapy and in making perfumes, candles, soaps and cosmetics.

It can be used in beverages at a concentration of 0.10%, in confectionery at 0.30% and in cosmetics at 1%. It blends well with lavender, eucalyptus, geranium, fennel, chamomile, rose, mandarin, lemon balm and strawberry.
