The toothbrush itself is very good. The 5th star is not included because this specific package (which is also the cheapest) only contains the toothbrush and the charger. Perhaps you might want to look for a slightly more expensive package that includes a plastic stand where you can store the detachable head of the brush when you're not using it.

Truly as a customer I feel deceived and to explain, the same happened to me as with many other reviews, it works ok, in my 2 years it has a problem or battery I go and pay to fix it, 9 months later it stops and they tell me it's the circuit board. Its use? 3-4 brushings a week and 1-2 charges a month. The service in general is like we know nothing - they don't tell you anything, I bought it again for oral hygiene only but if their company takes it for granted to pay hundreds and in 2 years it goes off, it's shameful and disgraceful! I have a toothbrush of theirs for 15 years for 20 euros from the supermarket and it still works. Let's see...

As long as it works, it is good. At 2 years and one month, it suddenly stopped working. It starts for 2 seconds and then stops. Factory defect: There is a problem with a small fuse on the board, if you press it, it works. 3 months later, it completely broke.

Very good toothbrush but the battery died over time, 80 euros wasted... from what I've learned, it's a common problem with oral b.

Tip: keep the receipts from your ORAL B toothbrushes, especially the ones you have paid extra for, in case the service covers you, I learned it the hard way...

I mainly got it for the artificial intelligence it has to tell you where you haven't brushed well. It's not something great since it generally shows you the sides (front and sides, top and bottom) and not exactly where you haven't brushed. After 3.5 months, the application shows you the brushing of others.

Important! If you have sensitive teeth/gums, talk to your dentist. I returned to the regular toothbrush that is very soft.

It is the 2nd electric toothbrush I have used. The previous one was from Xiaomi.

-Battery life, not good at all. Used to the Xiaomi one that lasted 20-25 days. This one needs to be charged every week with 2 brushings per day. Not to mention that charging takes 10-12 hours. It has extremely slow charging!!!

-The brush heads clean the teeth incredibly well, especially the plaque! However, the handle they have is thick, resulting in saliva running after the 1st minute of brushing.

-The app really helps in seeing and knowing which teeth you have brushed more and which ones you haven't, resulting in achieving the best possible cleaning in the end. But after a certain point, you get tired or forget to bring your phone with you.

What would I like Oral-B to fix? The battery life and charging speed.
