I have it on a boat with an outboard engine for charging the Service battery. Compared to other Victron products I own, this one seems "aged", meaning its interface does not provide enough information about whether it is charging and how much (Amps) the second battery is getting. Also, when the solar charger is operating at the same time, they get mixed up and it shuts down. Generally, it requires some tweaking with the settings, and I am still not sure about its effectiveness. I need to connect it with the Shunt to see if and how many Amps it is delivering. They say the XS is much better, but it is also much more expensive and there is still no Isolated version.
