My kids were 2 years old when we bought them mainly to play outside when we go out for a meal and we want to keep them busy without running around. The goal was achieved! It is a nice activity for this age and it keeps their interest. The only negative thing is that they broke quickly... the sticker got dirty from the falls, I washed them hoping they would clean up, they did clean up but their "glue" had been damaged!
