The SurfaPore FX WB is an innovative hybrid nanomaterial designed to enhance the mechanical strengths of construction surfaces and stabilize weak, sensitive areas. It can be applied to any surface to improve resistance to abrasion.

GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

The SurfaPore FX WB is a water-based dispersion of functional nanoparticles that penetrate deeply into structural surfaces, up to 20mm. After application, the nanoparticles chemically "anchor" to the application surface and form bonds with each other, enhancing the mechanical properties of deteriorated or sensitive surfaces. The inorganic nature of the nanoparticles ensures chemical compatibility and ease of application with structural materials. SurfaPore FX does not clog the pores but mechanically supports micro-cracks.

Thus, the natural appearance, porosity, and breathability of the modified surfaces remain unaffected.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Remove any loose residues from the application surface. The application surface must be clean and dry. Shake the container well before use. Apply with a brush, roller, or airless spray. On absorbent or weak surfaces, reapply after 15 minutes. The recommended application temperature is 5-35 °C. Drying time is 30 minutes, depending on relative humidity and temperature.

Full curing of the material and improved mechanical strengths are achieved 30 days after application.

Coverage: 6-8 m²/L, depending on the properties and absorbency of the application surface.
