He was spitting up at the 4th month and we bought it. It works perfectly for us, it didn't cause constipation because we mix it almost half and half with the classic one. Fortunately, I saw from the reviews that they mix it with the classic one and also that they use a small mixer for mixing, which has saved us.

It helped us a lot with reflux, but when we started it, it caused constipation and the pediatrician gave us probiotics which helped the situation, so we continued to drink this milk. The doctor told us to prepare it exactly as the instructions say so it would come out right, we followed the instructions and the powder would clump, stick to the nipple, and the baby couldn't continue its meal. Over time, after many tries, we ended up putting it in boiling water at 42 or 43 or 44 degrees, only then would the powder dissolve. Everything was fine, no more reflux, we learned to prepare it without any issues. Until I found out that this particular product, which is given to infants (whom we protect from everything), contains the worst ingredients: palm oil, coconut oil, rapeseed oil. From the first day we tried it with our 7-week-old baby, we have seen a huge difference. The reflux and regurgitation stopped, the baby is happier and more active. He no longer has pain and sleeps very well. He gets constipated for 2-3 days but combined with Infacolic, we are perfect.

We drink it comfortably with a Nuk bottle with M nipple. Also, the Mam bottles with No2 nipple. It becomes quite thick after two or three minutes of feeding but it doesn't bother us at all.

It's my little one's favorite milk. We have a crazy issue with reflux and it's the only one that immediately cut the intense problem and only had a few sips. Unfortunately, it caused crazy constipation, which is why the 4 stars, but from what I understand, all anti-reflux milks have side effects and it's usually constipation. And don't be afraid to try different milks until you find what suits your little one. Doctors say no to changes, but sometimes it's necessary, so talk to your pediatrician and demand changes if you see the baby struggling.

While it was the first formula out of the 2 that we changed that stopped the gulping at the first meal and our baby drank it with pleasure. Unfortunately, it is the first formula that made our baby cry when he had gas or bowel movements, and his bowel movements were like clay. I'm not sure if clay-like bowel movements happen with all AR formulas.

It helped us a lot with digestion, we saw a big difference since we started using it. Regarding the mixing, my pediatrician suggested that I mix it with the coffee frother we use. It really is the only solution to dissolve the powder without clumping. My little one drinks it quickly, pleasantly, and without me having to open the nipples. It really saved us! No matter what I tried, there was no way it wouldn't clump. My concern was that I couldn't sterilize the frother, but my pediatrician told me that with a good wash it would be fine, and indeed we had no issues.

We are 30 days old and after trying frezy lac first, which is out of stock and I had a problem with the baby crying. We came to this one. As of the 4th day of use, it stopped the rockets, it produces a little milk occasionally, which is normal compared to before. It mixes easily, compared to the other one that I needed another hand to dissolve it. Clearly, the nipple opening or a different size to make it go down properly and not pressure the baby to drink. I had an issue at first with the emptying, it was getting stuck (not constipation). But with a little massage on the belly and bicycle movements with the baby's legs, it empties without crying like before. As of now, everything is perfect.

We had a great issue with reflux as soon as our little one started it, her burping immediately reduced and the regurgitation stopped. Maybe the nipple of the bottle needs to be opened or a different size. We give it to her half and half with Almiron TM. I give it 4 stars because it doesn't mix perfectly with anything.

The old composition was excellent and did the job, but unfortunately I can't understand why Nutricia decided to change the composition, resulting in it becoming worse.
