Supposedly it will act specifically (and quickly...) on individual pimples.
That's what the box says.
I get a hormonal pimple almost every month. Unfortunately, it barely worked for me. It just slightly calmed down the inflammation, the pimple didn't grow further but it didn't disappear at all.
It went away after almost 25 days even though I diligently applied the cream.
It also has a strong scent even though it's unnecessary.

Very good, I applied it locally on the pimples for 2 days, they knew it the first day and disappeared the second day!! (I don't have acne, I just get hormonal pimples once a month)

In me, who has had pimples on my face for years and recently they have reduced on their own, the problem became more intense. From the first day, I started getting internal pimples and they were intense. I used it 4 times and my face filled up. I wouldn't recommend it, I think it simply doesn't suit certain skin types.

It does not have such immediate results... I once bought a product from the same company that I would apply in the morning and by the time I returned home at noon, the pimple was barely noticeable! I guess I was expecting something similar from this product, so that's why I'm not impressed!

It saved me from acne. Slowly, with persistent application, it pushed away all the pimples until they stopped coming out.

It never worked. I bought it when I had mild acne, but it did nothing. I also bought a larger size for when I occasionally get a pimple, but it doesn't dry them out or make them go away faster. Unfortunately, the only thing that helped me from the Effaclar line was the gel cleanser that I used for years. None of the other creams from this line ever worked, even though I didn't have a severe problem.

It is supposed to be used for the marks left by pimples. Personally, I don't have acne but I have a clear face where I occasionally get breakouts due to stress. As the pimples grow, they leave marks. So, I got the cream and I have been using it for over a week. I didn't see any differences, in fact, I think it made them more prominent, but it could just be my perception. It did shrink the smaller ones though. It didn't do anything to neutralize the red marks. It burns when applied. It's not one of those products that require a month of application to see results. I don't think it works particularly well!

The product helps somewhat with the pimples, but I didn't see a huge difference.. and I don't have severe acne or anything.. it just calms them down a little.

I apply it at night on pimples that have pus, and the next morning the pimples have dried up and some don't even exist!

In my face it made the problem worse for some reason that I do not know and I stopped it immediately. However, I put it on one of the two shoulders to observe a difference and I saw a quite satisfactory difference. From the shoulder where I apply the cream after washing, I have noticed: The acne has calmed down, it is not intense and painful, it has become more uniform and not as red as the other shoulder where I did not apply the cream. Also, I do not have any irritation. It helps and relieves. I wish it worked on the face too!
