The pillows and materials in general ripped to a shameful extent within 2 years as if a wild trapper was biting them.

Good sound, mediocre bass. However, the quality is terrible. The cushions started wearing out within just 2 months.

My review concerns the Creative SXFI Air (simple, non-gaming). Look at my photo, it is the headset after a year and a half of exclusive indoor use on the computer. The material on the ears has been destroyed, I consider that the build quality is not up to the level of the Creative name. Regarding the sound: powerful, clear, without exaggeration in bass or treble, without distortions until the maximum volume. The passive noise isolation is very good. Personally, I liked the SXFI effect (it creates a personalized profile based on a photo of your head in the app and loads it onto the headset), but whether you will like it is purely subjective. Unfortunately, when the volume is above 30-40%, the whole neighborhood can hear it. They did not include a Bluetooth adapter in the box and I generally had issues with a Baseus adapter, very poor sound quality in the Bluetooth connection with the Baseus on the PC. The "boom" microphone on the headset has a tragic quality and no noise canceling, so when the sound is loud in the headphones and you speak on Discord, for example, the other person thinks there's a party going on at your house. Overall, I consider it to be a bad headset from a company with a great history.

Unfortunately... They have very weak sound. Low volume. The bass is average. The accompanying applications, especially those for mobile devices, do not fix the situation. On the contrary, they make it more complicated. Very disappointed. And confused. All the reviews, before the headphones were released on the market, mentioned among many other positive aspects that they have powerful sound. No, they don't. Two pairs of ears at home agreed on this. A pair of headphones, besides the innovations and new technologies it features, must first and foremost do the basics well. Especially in comparison to the competition. And my review is based on this. Headphones with these characteristics, so many connectivity options, and this brand name should be able to stand decently, if not very well, in everyday use not only for gaming and phone calls, but mainly in the music department. And music means sources like mobile, TV box, tablet, etc. Great disappointment... I'm trying to love them, at least appreciate them, but I can't for any reason and in any way.

Furthermore, for the first time in my life, I'm using headphones that even at half volume, the person next to you can comfortably hear what you're listening to. If you turn up the volume to enjoy the music you're listening to, the person next to you simply rolls their eyes and looks at you disapprovingly because they are extremely annoyed. I have never experienced this problem in the past with any other headphones.

Lastly, indeed this model should have wireless connectivity in addition to Bluetooth. A choice by Creative. In my opinion, it's a bad choice in the times we live in and considering the price of the product.

In all the other features that make these headphones stand out, they are true as a whole and I confirm them myself to a great extent. There are plenty of reviews on the internet and many user reviews to form an opinion. However, I wonder... Doesn't anyone want the headphones they buy to use them even a few times just... to listen to music? Great disappointment.

Positive: Quality sound, approaching audiophile level. The sxfi battle mode is very good at amplifying enemy footsteps, almost like cheating. Comfortable, lightweight, excellent microphone, good Bluetooth range, high-quality cables, detachable cushions for easy cleaning.

Negative: THEY DO NOT HAVE A BLUETOOTH ADAPTER in the box, so if your device (desktop or old laptop) doesn't have one, you need to get an extra one. The equalizer in the application is very basic, the volume is a bit low, the connection with Bluetooth/USB is somewhat strange and confusing at first. The automatic activation of sxfi and the voice you hear during changes are annoying. They turn off relatively quickly if they don't receive a signal. Adjusting the volume with touch controls or the wheel is a bit of a hassle.

Overall, 8.5/10 for the few ergonomic issues. If you want to use them with a cable or adjust them wirelessly once and not make any changes, they are almost perfect, 9/10. If you want to switch between gaming, music, and using them with your mobile on the go, it's a bit of a process and may seem a bit complicated at first until you get used to it.

On the first day, I was almost disappointed, but once I found "their button," I am very satisfied.
