    The first at least 60 pages are dedicated to laying out designs for time allocation, work, etc. based on Swedish laws. So the first pages are a bit... Outdated. It is written by two feminist scientists which makes it even more difficult to read (at least in the beginning). I do not consider it a very good investment.
