The first thing I tried as a supplement while breastfeeding. She drank it immediately, it satisfies her, it doesn't cause her reflux. The only downside is that I notice more gas, but fortunately the baby is happy.

Coming from using opti pro1 which was terrifying, I can say that it helped our baby quite a bit. He drinks it pleasantly, but it doesn't flow easily. I have to burp him at least half an hour. As for bowel movements, in the beginning it was 3-4 times a day because we use it in combination with breastfeeding at every meal. Since my little one started using it (after Sanilac AC), he has daily emptying (sometimes even twice a day) whereas before it was every other day. It has a neutral smell and he seems to really like it, so we will continue using it.

We started with Humana 1 based on the pediatrician's recommendation from the first 15-20 days, as the maternal milk was not sufficient. We continue with it only at 2.5 months. The baby is active once a day, sometimes twice, and we did not have colic or constipation issues. We did not try any other brand, so I cannot compare.

We started using it at 4 months when, for weaning reasons, we increased the dosage of a known milk that had been recommended to us at the maternity hospital. Although with that milk, with 1-2 bottles a day, he had slight normal bowel movements (once a day, of course not even the 5-6 times a day when I exclusively breastfed), as soon as we increased the bottles to 4 a day, it caused him endless constipation, colic, and fussiness. So, we took the initiative to try Humana, because friends recommended it to us, whose baby had a problem with all other milks except for this one, and based on the reviews on Skroutz. I have to say that it immediately worked for our baby and acted the next day. Now it acts every 1-2 days. Every baby is different, of course, but if you are having trouble finding one that suits your baby, try this one. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because it caused him a little more gas, but overall we are satisfied.

It has a slight iron taste but it is quite good and our little one accepted it just fine. Works great in combination with breastfeeding until we exclusively breastfeed and get around 50ml (when I haven't pumped). It's the "highlight" of the week

Without breastfeeding

Humana 1 from the 4th day after we went home, the pediatrician recommended it.... He eats happily, almost finishes his meal, and with such enthusiasm, he doesn't have reflux, vomiting, or constipation. He sleeps peacefully and wakes up on time!

The correct ratio per kilogram of baby is 150 ml for 24 hours, for example, for a baby weighing 3 kilograms, we calculate:

(3000x150 ml) / 1000 = 450 ml for 24 hours, so if he is fed every 4 hours, it is 6 meals of 75 ml each!
If he is fed every 3 hours, it is 56 ml.
The baby will eat as much as he needs without vomiting, reflux, and will have regular bowel movements and emptying

We went after Humana AC, no relation in terms of its dissolution in water and of course its price! We are very satisfied, everything seems to be working perfectly for our baby.

Our pediatrician recommended it to us, from days old until now at 4.5 months, the baby didn't fuss, didn't struggle, didn't get sick, no teething or anything. Of course, we eat more than the recommended dosage/age, but the baby didn't become chubby or constipated. The baby is developing normally, without colic or other unpleasant things for babies. We gave him frezylac AR until he reached 4 months and he couldn't get enough of it. We spoke to the pediatrician to start him on regular formula and we struggled a lot to find one that suited him after trying all the brands, none of which worked for us and were a waste of money. Our doctor recommended it to us.. The powder dissolves very easily, has a pleasant smell, and most importantly, the child accepted it directly after breastfeeding.. They easily swallowed it without any regurgitation, and it didn't cause any constipation or concerns with their bowel movements. They gained weight easily and quickly and enjoy eating it, I recommend it. Basically, it depends on your child and what your pediatrician will say.

Very good, we used it in combination with Humana's Ar to transition to stage 2 infant milk. He liked it a lot, it was easily digestible and didn't cause him any issues.

I started taking it after the first month as a supplement. Unfortunately, it didn't suit me at all. While it was accepted in terms of taste and generally doesn't smell like other milks, it caused us terrible constipation and cramps.

I don't know if it's the best or if there is generally something better. Breastfeeding is by far the best. However, there are cases like mine (don't judge us, moms who managed it, because it's harder for us who can't!) where breastfeeding is not feasible!! Having a very difficult child in terms of nutrition and after having tried at least 10 different formulas, we finally ended up with Humana. It was the only formula that he drank without having stomach pains, colic, and constipation, and that he liked. He drank it until 18 months, until we started with fresh milk. Now I also give it to my second child, with whom I started with goat's milk frezylac, which made him vomit and smell like... a little goat! Then we continued with cow's milk frezylac, which caused him terrible constipation. We gave him novolac IT for 1 week to regulate him again, and after he recovered, we gave him Humana 1 and we all found our health!!!

Perfect milk for baby's development. It did not cause any allergies or stomach pain for the baby, as there were no colics either. One of the best powdered milks.

From the very good "light" milks .. coming out of the hospital they had given us another one which caused us indigestion and it was difficult for us to drink as the days went by .. we started humana 1 in the 2nd month and he drank it with appetite and the toilet issue was resolved .. and it doesn't smell like other milks!

We continue with HUMANA AC, which was recommended to us by the pediatrician.
Very good milk has not caused us any problems.
Everything is good with weight, digestion, and overall.

After a lot of searching, I ended up with Humana 1 Optimum. The child really likes it, and I will continue with this one.
