    Really very good vitamins. I took them when I got COVID and I still continue taking them. They helped me a lot during the first few days and now that they are almost finished, I noticed a significant difference in reducing hair loss. I had a serious issue with my hair, every time I took a shower, whole tufts would come out and every day there would be a mess of hair in the house. I did some research and saw that zinc helps with hair loss, I don't know if it's a coincidence or not, but besides that, they helped me in general to strengthen myself. I highly recommend them, especially for COVID and immune system boost
