The RockTape Mini Big Daddy kinesiology tape is 10 cm wide, twice the width of a standard RockTape roll, for applications that require wider tape, such as on the lower back or quadriceps. It can be used for sports-related or other injuries, such as shin splints, plantar fasciitis, runner’s knee and back pain. When applied correctly, it gently lifts the skin from the underlying muscles and fascia, helping to increase blood flow, reduce swelling and delay fatigue.
It stretches up to 180%, and its acrylic adhesive helps it stay in place for longer. It is made from cotton and nylon and is free from latex and zinc.
