update: The composition has indeed changed!! If you get the new lemon-flavored version, it's drinkable. The old ones with the biscuit flavor are still on the market, if you get those, they're terrible.

Guys, it smells like biscuit, but the taste is the worst. DO NOT put it in a glass of water as it says, put it in just a little water and then chase it with a glass of water. It's impossible for anyone to drink more! It helps with prevention and later as a supplement with antibiotics, because once you get a urinary tract infection, good luck!!

I'm not sure if it tackles the urinary infection on its own, but it definitely helps with the symptoms, especially if taken at night. I only take it when the symptoms have started, not for prevention. Due to its taste and smell, it makes me feel nauseous and I couldn't handle taking it continuously. During the day, I usually take other things, like Cystanil or Ouromanoz. The smell reminds me of milk mixed with orange juice. One trick I found to drink it more easily is to put it in a water bottle with a small opening instead of a glass. This way, the smell doesn't hit my nose all at once and I can drink it faster.

What other users mention regarding the taste, unfortunately, is true. Smell of cookie, but taste of spoiled broccoli. A saving tip that I wish I had discovered earlier: Drink it with juice! not with water! the juice somewhat masks the taste and it goes down much easier!!! I use the life apple-orange-carrot and I have calmed down regarding the taste issue. (it is mentioned that you can drink it with juice, that's why I tried it out of desperation) Other than that, guys, I highly recommend it. It has helped me a lot with the issue, I have been struggling for 2 years now.

The most disgusting thing I have ever tried in my life. It took me over 12 hours to digest. I drank a packet mixed in juice around 10 in the morning and was nauseous until the evening. I ate again the next morning.

I think it does the job but the taste is really bad, I drink it with my nose closed and then immediately eat something to get rid of the smell....

I'm trying to understand what's happening with the preparation of it as I tried it for the first time in March '23 and it had a nice taste with a yellow color like vitamin C, and this year, one year later in April '24, its taste is exactly as I read in many comments and it has a white color... it does exactly what it promises compared to other, more expensive products of another company.
