MALFY is crafted by the Master Distillers at the Torino Distillati distillery, located in northern Italy. The blend of water from the Italian region with botanicals such as juniper, Italian lemons, pink grapefruit, and orange results in a unique gin.
Malfy is made using the vacuum distillation method, also known as cold distillation, which allows evaporation at a lower temperature and keeps the composition of the botanicals intact. In this way, the botanicals remain fresh and flavorful.
The ingredients are distilled separately, enhancing their flavors and aromas.
