The heater is very good and definitely better than equivalent halogen and quartz heaters. How long it will last, time will tell.
It heats without blinding you (the bulbs have a low and "warm" light). It is practical, as the vertical bulbs don't just heat your calves. My cats love it.
Now, regarding performance and consumption, there are some misconceptions (hence the individual evaluations):
1. The heater (and any heater that operates with bulbs) does NOT heat up the entire room or space. It only heats what is in front of it and at a short distance (if you go exactly behind or next to it, the previous room temperature remains). It does not retain heat nor keep the space warm. It only heats us as long as we are in front of it and within its range. As soon as we move away from it or turn it off, we feel the temperature difference in a few seconds. Therefore, depending on each person's expectations, the heater can be considered good or bad.
2. Power consumption is relatively measurable and we don't have to wait for the bill to see what we will pay for the heater. All heating devices (and generally all electrical appliances) indicate their power in watts (or kW). This particular one, for example, has a power of 900 watts (0.9 kW) when both bulbs are operating, or 450 watts (0.45 kW) when only one is operating. This means that if the heater operates for one hour with both bulbs on, it will consume 900 watts, for two hours 1,800 watts, and so on. Therefore, if, for example, the electricity provider charges approximately €0.10 per kilowatt-hour including taxes, then for one hour of consumption we pay 1 hour X 0.9 kW X €0.10 = €0.09, for two hours 2 hours X 0.9 kW X €0.10 = €0.18, for eight hours 8 hours X 0.9 kW X €0.10 = €0.72, and so on.
So, what we pay depends on: a) the device's power, b) the price per kilowatt-hour, and c) the operating time.

Terrible product, within 2 weeks both bulbs burned out together, emitting a white light. I do NOT recommend it, not even as a gift for anyone!

We got it for the bathroom, to enhance the heating when the radiator is not sufficient, and for the specific space (3x2) its performance is very good. It heats up just fine. Of course, we don’t leave it inside when we take a shower. It doesn’t make noise when it rotates. The build quality is nothing special, but it meets its price. I don’t have an opinion on its durability because we have only been using it for 5 days. A major drawback is the very short cord. An extension with a power strip is definitely needed. Not the best.

The worst thing is this stove. I had it for three weeks and one resistor burned out. I took it for repair, got it back on Friday, and on Sunday the other resistor burned out. Like, seriously? Terrible in terms of quality even though it heats up. It's not worth it. We didn't have any other job than taking it back and forth for repairs

Quite decent for its price. And it doesn't have that annoying light that blinds you, like similar ones do, halogen, quartz, etc..
