The Nissei MOTION comes with a Hi-Resolution system: a new measurement method that scans the pulse wave six times more frequently than conventional blood pressure monitoring devices. Thanks to this extremely accurate measurement method, it is possible to detect irregular pulse rhythms, which are signs of cardiac arrhythmias (e.g., atrial fibrillation).

The unique design of the cuff enhances measurement accuracy by securely connecting the two bones of the wrist, ensuring that the arterial blood vessels are tightly constricted during inflation. The highest pressure is monitored during the gradual inflation of the cuff, making the measurement quicker and gentler, in order to cause less stress to the patient.
