Tragic experience with this particular iron. I bought it because my doctor recommended that I take iron due to very low hematocrit levels. Shortly after taking it, I started experiencing intense dizziness and terrible headaches to the point where I couldn't open my eyes. I took them continuously for a week and the symptoms would start about half an hour after taking them. When I tried to start taking them again after a month, the dizziness started again. Therefore, they are useless to me. Additionally, my mother tried them and experienced terrible pains in her abdomen and stomach. I do not recommend them.

2 months with 2 pills a day increased hematocrit by 1 unit and ferritin by 3. Hemoglobin stayed the same. No gastrointestinal discomfort but I don't know how good these values are for such use with 2 pills/day

I have iron deficiency anemia (iron 22 & ferritin 5 and hematocrit 31) and I saw significant improvement in my blood tests after 3 months. After 4 months of use, the hematocrit dropped to 37.3 from 39 (with normal values of 40-52). I did not change my diet or my daily activities in order to compare it with other supplements I was taking before this. In the end, it is not worth it.

I wanted to use it for six months first and then write a review. My experience is clear. In July 2019, my ferritin was at 9 and my iron was at 29 (both below the limits). After three months of use with 1 capsule per day in the morning on an empty stomach, my ferritin went up to 10 and my iron went up to 70, becoming normal, right in the middle of the range. I continued using it for another three months, but I doubled the dosage, meaning I took two capsules per day together in the morning. My ferritin went up to 40 (!) and my iron went up to 89! The tests were done both times after a 2.5-week break from the supplement. I recommend it 100%, I suffered for years with low ferritin and not even the medication tandryferon achieved anything. Also, I had absolutely NO side effects, neither in the stomach nor in the intestines.

Within six months, my hematocrit rose from 35 to 41.2 just by taking 1 capsule a day. Due to a plant-based diet, I had very low iron, ferritin, and hematocrit, and everything has improved thanks to this. It's better to take it with a full stomach, though, because it causes bloating and discomfort if taken on an empty stomach. Even now that I am pregnant, while the doctor didn't believe that I would have good hematocrit with this, I rate it 10/10.
μέσα σε έξι μήνες ανέβηκε ο αιματοκρίτης μου από 35 σε 41,2 απλά παίρνοντας από 1 κάψουλα τη μέρα. Λόγω φυτικής διατροφής είχα πολύ χαμηλό σίδηρο, φερριτινη και αιματοκρίτη και όλα έχουν ανέβει χάρη σε αυτό. καλύτερα να λαμβάνεται με γεμάτο στομάχι όμως γιατί προκαλεί φούσκωμα και δυσφορία αν το πάρετε με άδειο στομάχι. Ακόμα και τώρα που είμαι έγκυος ενώ ο γιατρός δεν το πίστευε ότι με αυτό θα έχω καλό αιματοκρίτη, το συνεχαρε 10/10.

I have iron deficiency anemia (iron 22 & ferritin 5 and hematocrit 31) and I saw significant improvement in my blood tests after 3 months. It does not cause constipation as I have a chronic problem with it and I suffered with everything else I had tried. Absolutely no side effects. It was recommended to me by a friend who is a nutritionist and has a much more serious anemia problem than me (very low platelets). Excellent product, highly recommended!

After a surgery, my hematocrit had dropped significantly. My doctor prescribed me a medication full of parabens and with the side effect of constipation. I immediately replaced him with this one. I left the hospital with a hematocrit of 31 and in about a month it had reached 39+. Μετά από ένα χειρουργείο, ο αιματοκριτης μου είχε πέσει πολύ. Ο γιατρός μου έγραψε φαρμακευτικό σίδηρο τίγκα στα parabens και με παρενέργεια δυσκοιλιοτητα. Τον αντικατεστησα άμεσα με αυτόν. Βγήκα από το νοσοκομείο με αιματοκρίτη 31 και σε ένα μήνα περίπου είχε φτάσει στο 39+. Βέβαια πρόσεχα και την διατροφή μου, όπως επίσης και αυτό που πολλοί αναφέρουν, ότι δηλαδή για καλύτερη απορρόφηση να μην συνδιαζεται με γαλακτοκομικα, αλλά με τροφές που περιέχουν βιταμίνη C. Συστήνεται!
After 4 months of use, the hematocrit dropped to 37.3 from 39 (with normal values of 40-52). I did not change my diet or my daily activities in order to compare it with other supplements I was taking before this. In the end, it is not worth it.

I wanted to use it for six months first and then write a review. My experience is clear. In July 2019, my ferritin was at 9 and my iron was at 29 (both below the limits). After three months of use with 1 capsule per day in the morning on an empty stomach, my ferritin went up to 10 and my iron went up to 70, becoming normal, right in the middle of the range. I continued using it for another three months, but I doubled the dosage, meaning I took two capsules per day together in the morning. My ferritin went up to 40 (!) and my iron went up to 89! The tests were done both times after a 2.5-week break from the supplement. I recommend it 100%, I suffered for years with low ferritin and not even the medication tandryferon achieved anything. Also, I had absolutely NO side effects, neither in the stomach nor in the intestines.

I saw a difference in my exams in just three months. The only iron supplement I have tried so far that did not cause constipation. I am very satisfied with this product. I will buy it again.

2 months with 2 pills a day increased hematocrit by 1 unit and ferritin by 3. Hemoglobin stayed the same. No gastrointestinal discomfort but I don't know how good these values are for such use with 2 pills/day
