A combination of calcium - magnesium in citrate form, in a formula of maximum absorption. The citrate form is considered to be more easily utilized by the body in cases of weak digestion due to low stomach acids. Useful for the building and maintenance of bones, for the stimulation of the nervous and muscular system, and for the maintenance of cardiovascular health.

Each tablet contains calcium 200mg, magnesium 100mg. Take 1-5 tablets daily preferably with meals. Suitable for vegans.
