This volume serves as a practical Supplement to the current Book titled "Money Laundering from Criminal Activities (Volume 1 of Financial Crimes)," including legal interpretation, case law, and legal practice - Practical Application.

The publication of the Supplement became necessary following amendments to Law 4557/2018, concerning criminal provisions, which were introduced by Law 4816/2021 "Prevention and suppression of money laundering from criminal activities and terrorism financing - Amendment of Law 4557/2018 - Incorporation of Directive (EU) 2018/1673 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of October 23, 2018, regarding the fight against money laundering from illegal activities through criminal law, speeding up justice, and other urgent provisions."

This volume also includes the Ministerial Decision, which specifies the particular obligations of Lawyers and Notaries, according to the provisions of Law 4557/2018, with analysis of its provisions at the level of Interpretation and Practice - Practical Implementation.
