After nearly 1.5 years of use, it simply gave up and won't connect; it turns on and displays "No Signal". Those 1.5 years were flawless, but for a $580 tool (that's what the company's website sells it for) to simply stop working for no reason is unacceptable. I'm not the only one with this issue with this particular model of the company's drawing tablet. Right now, I'm contacting the company's support about the warranty and will update you on their response. After contacting them, it turned out the problem was with my graphics card, so all is well. 10/10
