They fit me perfectly, I went straight for a workout, running and walking 5 km. And then skipping rope, without my knees hurting afterwards (since I have an issue). The sole is comfortable and thick enough to absorb shocks but also suitable for running!!! I hope they last as long as the previous model!!!
