    I have had this cup for almost 2 years. I am looking to buy a new one because this one doesn't keep the coffee cold (or hot) at all, and several times when I placed it in a bag, I had to clean it afterwards because the foam from the lid (for the straw) doesn't seal well at all. It only gets two stars for its appearance. In terms of usefulness, it is a really bad product. Money wasted!
