    At first, it was delivered without the attachment clips on the base, resulting in it being returned as defective. The replacement product had different characteristics, with a different morphology on the mattress (!) with an anatomical curve, unlike the first one which was straight, different pillow size, and overall different size. One wonders if this particular product went through any quality control process, which is particularly sad when it is intended to be used for a baby's sleep.
