I simply asked for a replacement for the water tank from the dealership because the one I had got damaged and it is not available nor do they give you the option to order it. So, I cannot use the Steamer or they force you to buy the whole straightener

I bought it after seeing many good reviews. For its price, it is quite good, but it has a significant problem with the steam: the steam turns back into water on the plates, resulting in wet hair, and this is the worst thing because it really fries them. I would NOT choose it again for a steam straightener, but if you don't use the steam, it is satisfactory as a regular hair straightener.
