Από αποτελεσματικότητα δεν μπορώ να εκφράσω άποψη, το καταναλώνω 4 μέρες, ίσως το μόνο που μπορώ να πω είναι ότι δίνει ένα boost ενέργειας, πιθανά να με επηρέασε και στον βραδυνό ύπνο μου. Σίγουρα δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση να λάβω 3 δισκία/ημέρα, που αν θυμάμαι καλά συνίσταται.
