Δεν πιστεύω να αγοράσω ξανά το συγκεκριμένο σκεύασμα ακριβώς για το μεγάλο του μέγεθος! Όταν το καταπίνεις το νιώθεις έντονα να κατεβαίνει στον λαιμό σου, πράγμα που δεν είναι ούτε βολικό ούτε ευχάριστο. Από αποτελεσματικότητα δεν μπορώ να εκφράσω άποψη, το καταναλώνω 4 μέρες, ίσως το μόνο που μπορώ να πω είναι ότι δίνει ένα boost ενέργειας, πιθανά να με επηρέασε και στον βραδυνό ύπνο μου. Σίγουρα δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση να λάβω 3 δισκία/ημέρα, που αν θυμάμαι καλά συνίσταται.
