    I bought Solgar Pycnogenol 100mg 30 vegetable capsules to improve the varicose veins in my left leg (swelling in the ankles, redness of the leg, temporary improvement with elevation). I take one capsule of 100mg on an empty stomach every morning, half an hour before eating anything, for 3.5 months. The redness and swelling have disappeared, and I continue to elevate my leg three times a day for 15 minutes and during sleep because swelling appears when they get tired. Overall, I am satisfied with the product
