Mercola Bondflex 290 LM polyurethane sealant is a single-component, highly elastic sealant. It is used for bonding, waterproofing and insulating metal, building and other structures, as well as for sealing joints in buildings, industrial floors, window and door frames, and bituminous membranes. It cures quickly with atmospheric moisture, withstands weather conditions and can be painted.
It is suitable for building joints subject to medium and large movement, with a minimum width of 4 mm. Surfaces must be dry and free of dust and grease. On porous surfaces, at high temperatures and in humid conditions, use PRIMER PU 900. Apply with a silicone sealant gun and smooth the finished surface with soapy water.
