The ABB S203-C40 40A 6.0kA C 3P Automatic Circuit Breaker features two different activation mechanisms:

  • Delayed thermal activation mechanism for overload protection.
  • Electromechanical activation mechanism for short circuit protection.

It complies with IEC/EN 60898-1, IEC/EN 60947-2, UL1077 standards, suitable for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. The auxiliary contact can be mounted on the S200 for 50% space savings. The S200 miniature circuit breakers with characteristic C are suitable for cable protection.
