They have broken down twice, unacceptable for so much money, they don't even work!!! Come on, every now and then I have to send them back again, I will ask for my money back!!!

I didn't like them. When you take them out of your ear, the sound doesn't stop. The buttons don't work well. AirPods 2 are far superior, without these problems. When mine broke after years and due to my own mistake, I decided to buy the next ones thinking they would be the same or better. I was bitterly disappointed.

I bought them in 3/2023. Today is 4/2026 and for at least 2 months now they are not recognized by my iPhone 15 pro max, yesterday only the left one paired, the right one was not recognized. In the meantime, I sent them for replacement because probably due to my own mistake while cleaning them, the sound became very strange afterwards. I will take them to a certified store to see if they can fix them, but it's a bit shameful for €170 headphones to stop working in such a short period of time. Also, I wore them on a plane and there was zero noise cancellation, I could barely watch the show I had put on. I was not at all excited by this purchase, I basically feel like I threw my money away. They had perfect connectivity while they worked with the phone and all devices, but it is definitely a purchase I would not make again, maybe not even for headphones from the same ecosystem in general.

They were accidentally left in the jeans pocket. They went into the washing machine, at 40°C and 1000 rpm spin. Only with liquid detergent, without fabric softener. Afterwards, everything went together into the dryer for another 1.5 hours. Externally, they became a mess. Fortunately, the case did not open so they didn't scatter and bang around even more. But yes, they still work. The only thing that broke is the wireless charging of the case.

Completely useless!! At 15 meters distance from the phone they don't work!! (iPhone 14 pro max).. they are not worth the 181€ I paid for them!

These are the best headphones I have ever used. I use them 6-7 hours a day and after two years one of them broke. Of course, they were worth the money.

It has been part of my daily life for years, the same pair. I use it for all my workouts. 100% worth it.

The only negative is that for a short period, one earbud wasn't charging. It probably didn't make good contact.
Paradoxically, I didn't need to take it anywhere for repair/service as it started charging normally afterwards.

They broke down 2 times within a year and now the third time, where the warranty expired, the right one broke down again and doesn't work at all.

Overall, amazing headphones with perfect sound.

I believe the 2nd generation was more practical and easier for everyday use.

In terms of sound, they are flawless. Everything else is useless and should be thrown away. I put them in the case and most of the time they don't charge, resulting in them not working at all when I try to talk. Other times only one charges while the other does not. I also had the AirPods Pro 1 and had exactly the same issue with those. It's a disgrace. STAY AWAY!! There are much better options.

As a holder of the pro model, I can say that these are more convenient for me since they do not have the silicone that after a few minutes of use causes discomfort in my ears.

I bought airpods solely because I can't wear headphones with ear cushions and I assumed they are the best choice! I can't say they have very good sound quality and they connect very easily! Also, in combination with an iPhone, they have many helpful functions! The negatives are that when you wear them, your ears hurt and their case scratches very easily! If you're thinking of buying them, friendly advice is to also get a rubber case that costs only 2-3 euros

The best headphones on the market. Former user of iPhone 11 and current Samsung S23 Ultra user. It connects directly to iPhone and supports spatial audio. On Android, it has very good sound, but obviously Apple continues to not provide all its capabilities to Android models. I bought these headphones because they are one of the few that do not have silicone in the ears, which bothers me. Finally, the price is reasonable considering that it provides one of the best sounds on the market

After four years with the 2nd generation AirPods, I decided to get the new model. I am very satisfied! I use them daily and their connection with my MacBook and iPhone is so easy, while the sound quality is excellent.

Amazing sound quality, connect incredibly fast, battery lasts a long time. I believe it's worth having them especially if you listen to a lot of music or talk a lot on the phone. Of course, they could be cheaper but ok, classic Apple.

After two and a half years, I changed my headphones and tried the same ones again! They are very resistant to water and drops, and their battery lasts quite a long time. The sound is really good. They are definitely worth it.

I bought them on 12/21 and after 2 years of use, they are like new. I use them daily for Skype calls at work. I use them on my iPad and iPhone, and my husband uses them on his iPhone as well, and they connect instantly. The person I'm talking to hears me crystal clear. Overall, they are worth every euro I paid (I bought them for 190€) as you get the quality of Apple.

HOWEVER, the only problem is that I had them for 2 years and the left earbud has lost at least 20% of its sound volume. With specific settings (for iPhone) in "accessibility > AirPods > sound settings", I balanced the volume, with the left earbud reaching 78% (to have equal volume in both ears). The normal setting is at 0% for both ears.
Also, with this setting, the sound volume is significantly reduced and also distorted!

Nevertheless, I would recommend them because they provide nice sound and features! Pay attention to their management!

I believe it's one of the best purchases I've made recently.
For such small earbuds, their sound is amazing.
I mainly use them for calls, music, and movies.
The frequency range is large both in the bass and the highs.
In calls, those I asked how I sound told me better than the microphone of the phone itself.
The battery is satisfactory (lasts about 6 hours of continuous use), although I have no opinion on how it will be over time.
The fit in the ears is satisfactory. Generally, I don't like in-ear headphones because so far I haven't found any that fit my ears. For walking, they are okay, but while running, I often feel like they are coming out of my ears.

Excellent in every aspect, but a bit pricey (you get what you pay for).
Unfortunately, they became chew toys for my dog and he destroyed them. I will probably buy them again.

Good morning. It is the second time I will go to ISTORM. Again, there is a problem with the left earphone, it is hardly audible, while the right one is fine. I don't know if it's just me, but stay away. And mind you, I am a fan of Apple to the bone, but here it really disappoints me. I don't want to believe that I wasted 190 euros.

Daily connection with MacBook and iPhone, smooth switching between the two devices but there are also negatives. Firstly, the charging case broke, resulting in me having to charge it wirelessly. Secondly, one of the earphones has stopped working after 9 months, causing it to sound lower than the other one.

Predecessor of AirPods Gen 2, which left me 100% satisfied after 3 years of excessive use.
I was very hesitant due to the design to proceed with the purchase of Gen 3 and I was considering going back to Gen 2.
(There was no thought of getting the Pro, such type of headphones do not suit me at all)

However, after the purchase and several hours of use, I have the following to say:

- They fit perfectly in the ear despite looking thicker, they might even be more comfortable for extended use compared to Gen 2.

- EXCELLENT improvement in sound quality for podcasts and music.

- In calls, I didn't notice any significant difference, you can hear and be heard perfectly fine.

- Noticeably much longer battery life.

- I believe the "Tap" feature of Gen 2 was much more convenient than the "button" present in Gen 3 for answering calls, etc., although it might be a matter of getting used to.
