The hand mixer from Adler allows you to create a variety of recipes thanks to its powerful 800 W motor, which is ideal for both light and dense mixtures. It features 5 speed levels as well as a Turbo function, to provide perfect results, regardless of the recipe.

The mixer comes with 2 beaters and 2 dough hooks made of stainless steel, for every task in the kitchen, easy processing of ingredients, rich meringue, uniform bread dough. It is equipped with an Eject Button, for easy removal and replacement between beaters or hooks or for cleaning.

Also, the button that releases the attachments only releases one; the other one needs to be removed by hand. For what I want it for (egg-lemon sauce, a light cake or so) I think it will be perfect. Its slow speed is also quite fast. I will update in a month.
