Users generally consider it effective and reliable, with its main advantages being protection against power outages and voltage fluctuations, as well as solid construction. They use it with appliances such as refrigerators, air conditioners, televisions, and computers, and also appreciate the power indicator light. However, some question the build quality.
I've connected a Yamaha subwoofer to one of these, as well as a home cinema amplifier and expensive 55" and 65" TVs—four in total! Obviously, I don't know if they do everything they promise, but since no device has ever burned out on one of these over time, despite any power outages, I recommend them!
It seems well-built and its price is very good. As long as the green light is on, it means the protection is working. If it is not on, it means it has done its job, protected against some voltage fluctuation, and at that point it needs to be replaced with a new one
This saved our fridge! We had a loose terminal in the socket and it was overheating and melting inside the wall. If this hadn't intervened to contain the damage, I would have lost the fridge's motor!!!!
I live in an area where we have many power outages for maintenance and network expansion. I got several of these units for protection. So far so good, no damage to any of my devices. In the past, I have suffered damage to 2 TVs, 3 tablets, 1 phone, and a laptop. All that belongs to the past now.
Purchased (2) to protect a laptop and a television. I have a power strip of the same brand and during a lightning strike last winter it did a good job. I hope these will be just as effective. The build quality looks a bit flimsy. Nothing like an APC I used to have. It has a protection indicator light and in terms of size, it's not huge.
