I bought 2 pieces. The 1st connected relatively easily. The 2nd got a completely wrong IP sequence, resulting in it not being able to connect properly to the recorder (also hikvision) in order to receive all the other settings. Great caution!!! The camera does not have a reset button. In order to receive a password (since the defaults did not work), I had to talk many times with Thessaloniki where the dealership is located, and they in turn with China to send us an xml file for the password reset. I literally spent 2 days, one struggling alone and the other talking on the phone. Overall very good build and image quality, but the installation was a very unpleasant experience.
