As a sunscreen it does its job, however you cannot use it as a face cream. It is oily, does not leave a nice feeling, texture like a mask. Maybe it doesn't suit my skin, in any case I wouldn't buy it as a face cream. I have used better ones. Nice scent.

Purchase for my mother 70+... as she says herself, she is quite satisfied and wants me to get her another one.

I bought the cream because of the price and the reviews. I opened it and it smelled extremely good! The texture is nice, not heavy. It is a bit heavy for my oily skin, but from March to October when there is sun, I use it every morning. In the evening, I apply retinol and it is absolutely necessary to use sunscreen in the morning. So the combination of anti-aging and sunscreen is great, then I reapply sunscreen at noon. I have actually tried countless creams, always from the pharmacy of course. One caused more irritation than the other since I have very sensitive skin. When I finished the first jar, I realized that I didn't have the slightest worrying mark... I was thrilled! I finally found the product that suits me! Simply unique!! I wouldn't change it for anything!!!

I think it hydrates relatively well. It has a light to medium texture. For this reason, it takes a little longer to absorb and leaves a slight shine on the face. I use it under my anti-aging cream, which gives a matte result, otherwise I wouldn't like the greasy appearance it leaves on its own (especially in the summer). The rating is somewhat low (despite the good price of the product) because this specific cream, like other Sostar creams, often causes a strong burning sensation on my skin.
