It charges quickly and lasts a long time, just note that it doesn't function simultaneously while charging (which means that in the future, if the battery capacity weakens, this may be an issue).
    It has 4 levels and a very satisfactory intensity (now obviously if you want something super hardcore, you will go for more professional-expensive solutions).

    I mainly got it for my legs-calves, which after years of countless kilometers of walking (and a little running) and due to negligence in terms of relaxation and stretching, etc., I had a big problem with tightness-pain, and within 1-2 weeks, I saw tremendous progress with the device.
