The black Raisin (Corinthian) is made from dried grapes, and its main difference from others lies in the time it spends in the sun to dry (about ten days) as well as its origin. Approximately 80% of black raisins are cultivated in Greece and are mainly found in the regions of Northern and Western Peloponnese, as well as in Zakynthos.
