    One thing. Do not make the mistake of going for a cheaper mixer. In a year, you will be looking for a new one. Moulinex and only Moulinex. It has sturdy metal blades, not some plastic ones. The machine has passed every endurance test that can exist. I just want to say that because the kitchen machine (Kenwood, 45 years old, a gift from my grandmother) broke in the middle of preparation, it was running at full speed for 20 minutes, beating the butter, and another 20 minutes afterwards to make kourabiedes
