Evil Genius 2: World Domination is a real-time strategy game with a satirical spy-fiction style. The player takes on the role of an evil genius, devises plans for world domination and faces the Forces of Justice.

The action takes place in an island lair whose interior layout can be customised to suit the player’s style. Expanding and training the criminal workforce allows players to create specialists and recruit powerful henchmen, while research and trap development help defend the base. The schemes culminate in the construction of a Doomsday Device, with the goal of taking over the world.
